Nice look and easy to read. And what a great way to talk about all things chicken. Maybe now other farmer groups will follow your lead.
Keep it up.

Re: Allow ourselves to introduce… ourselves

A great site to understand more about the poultry we eat and some fantastic recipes as well. I love it almost as much as I do chicken grilled on a propane BBQ!
Pierre

Re: Allow ourselves to introduce… ourselves

I'm increasingly interested in consuming local food (not quiet at the 160 km diet, but I'm trying), and would love to know both who produces my food and how. The only thing better than barbecued chicken on a warm summer day would be knowing it was a well treated, well fed, Canadian chicken. Delicious!

Re: Allow ourselves to introduce… ourselves

I think that this was an excellent move for Chicken Farmers. Food safety is becoming more and more of an issue, and this is an excellent, current way of addressing those concerns. It's also an excellent way of dispelling some of the myths and "urban legends" on food safety and animal care. Chickenfeeds (great name, too!) goes a long way in informing consumers and putting their potential fears to rest.

Re: Allow ourselves to introduce… ourselves

Hey guys great initiative and amazing design, I love the likeness of the chickens, especially Marty with the glasses and Lisa with the red hair!

Re: Allow ourselves to introduce… ourselves

Welcome to the blogosphere, guys!
